Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino has celebrated his most prolific season to date by agreeing a new contract with the club.
The Brazil international joined the Reds from German club Hoffenheim in summer 2015 and has scored 50 goals in nearly 140 appearances.
The 26-year-old has hit 27 goals this term combining in attack with Sadio Mane and PFA Player of the Year Mohamed Salah.
The Anfield side look set for a first Champions League final since 2007 as they prepare to meet Roma in the Italian capital this week 5-2 up from the first leg.
“It was an easy decision,” he told the Reds’ official website. “The club have taken me in in an incredible way. I’ve grown a lot here with my work with the support of the whole team. I am very, very happy here. Everything fits in the best possible way.”
